Albert, also known as Kem, scored on his debut and sadly died in action during World War One.

He was a drummer in the 5th Battalion Sherwood Foresters and was mortally wounded while returning from patrol duty at 2am Sunday 24th June 1917 and died within half hour of being wounded without regaining consciousness.
