Whitehawk overcame a brave Gresley side to go into the semi-finals of the FA Vase. The visitors took the lead through an overhead shot from Scott Kirkwood but a goal straight from a corner by Matt Hill meant the game was level at the break. A superb attacking move saw Whitehawk regain the lead when Wes Tate slotted home and then beat the offside trap to double his tally. Final score: Gresley 1 - 3 Whitehawk
