Marc Goodfellow signed off the season with four second half goals as Gresley came back from being one-nil down at half time to win the Coalville Charity Cup Final comfortably. Championi, Championi Oweh, Oweh, Oweh!!!! What a feeling, what a night, what a season! Unbelievable is a pretty good way to define the season I'd say. Not many people, quite rightly so at the end of October thought we would be crowned league champions with one league game to spare. It has been a monumental effort by everyone involved in the club, and Tuesday night we really got our just rewards.

Spencer Fires Gresley To Top Spot

Rob Spencer's 60th minute goal fired Gresley to the top of the Midland Football Alliance League. After going a goal behind Michael Nottingham headed level on the half hour and Spencer's effort was enough to beat the previous league leaders. Final Score: Gresley 2 - 1 Coventry Sphinx
