Battling Bob wins the battle
Story courtesy of Burton Mail
Bob Aston has won the first round of the battle of the Gresley Rovers keepers.
Aston gets the nod over his arch-rival Karl Austin for tomorrow’s Derbyshire Senior Cup quarter-final against Heanor Town at the Moat Ground (3pm).

But manager Frank Northwood will not finalise his team until he can check on the fitness of striker Martin Devaney.

Devaney spent a night in a Burton hospital after being taken off with concussion during Tuesday’s Banks’s League Cup clash with Oldbury United.
