First Signings For Rovers
Gresley Rovers have made their first signings of the new season. Re-signing for the club is Mason Frizelle defensive lynchpin of last season’s side. He has been superb for the last two seasons since joining the club.
Also re-signing for his local club is Kane Lee who had a good season last time and is still building back from knee surgery. Kane is a product of our youth team and is highly thought of by the club and it is so important to us that our talented, home-grown players continue to represent the club.
Danny Munday needs no introduction and as become a firm favourite for the supporters. A great retention in what will be a new look side.

Another player who needs no introduction is keeper Lewis Fenney. He too has become a firm favourite for the supporters and a standout performer last season.

Finally, we welcome a new player to the club, first of our new additions. The left footed young defender, Dexter Dudley-Toole, joins the club from promoted Halesowen Town, where he had progressed from the youth team to the first team last season and placed under contract. Very highly thought of at The Yeltz Dexter had first team exposure interspersed with loans to aid his development, and it is fair to say that had Halesowen not been promoted it is unlikely he would have been allowed to leave. The management believe this is an exciting signing, a big strong combative young player in the mould of George Clark, and one we really look forward to working with and seeing grow and develop.
Welcome to Rovers Dexter!
