It's Captain Barrett
Jamie Barrett

Jamie Barrett

Jamie Barrett is the new club captain for the forthcoming season with Gary Hateley as vice captain.
Speaking about the change manager Martin Rowe said: "We decided to hand the arm band to Jamie as Gary is about to leave the country for a while due to work commitments.

"We appreciate that Gary's work has to come first but we need some stability on the pitch and at training.

"We'd like to thank Gary for all he's done for the club. He has been a superb captain and I'm really pleased that he has agreed to accept the role of vice captain.

Jamie Barrett said of his appointment: "I am very proud and honoured to be considered by the management after spending 10 years at the Moat Ground.

"I have some very big boots to fill from Gaz Hateley who I can honestly say is the best captain I have played for in my career and will prove to be a valuable vice captain and goalkeeper to the club."
