Kidsgrove pre-match news
Rovers are in league action again tonight at the Moat Ground when they face Kidsgrove Athletic (7-45pm).
In team news Gary Norton names the same squad that faced Belper at the weekend except for Gary White returning to the squad after serving a one match suspension for his sending off at Osset. Reserve teamer Danny Cox makes way. Jamie Hood serves the final game of his suspension and will be available for selection for the Clitheroe game on Saturday.

White's return to the squad gives Norton a fullback selection dilemma. Jimmy Turner, impressive at rightback this season covered White on Saturday on the left with Matt K Smith coming in at rightback and playing well. However, Norton is expected to revert to the Turner and White full back pairing but was keeping his plans close to his chest.

Like Rovers, Kidsgrove have only been beaten twice so far this season, a fact that has not gone unnoticed by manager Gary Norton. He told "When you look at Kidsgrove's results so far this season they have had some very good ones. They have only been beaten on their travels once this season and just twice overall so I'm in absolutely no doubt that they will prove to be a very tough test."

Norton added: "Its nice to have a couple of home games on the bounce. We've had 15 league games so far and 10 have been away from home. I'm hoping the crowd will get behind us tonight as they have been strangely subdued during the last couple of home games and in particular the Frickley FA Trophy game. It's almost as if they are just expecting us to win games and people should be aware that it's a little more difficult than that!! Our away support is always magnificent and often outdoes the supporters of the home side, but at home it's not always the same. I want the Moat Ground to become a tough place for opposition teams to come to and part of that is down to our supporters creating a favourable atmosphere for the home side."
