Local businesses sign up
Gresley Rovers Players Ian Bluck and Andy Cheetham have attracted the attention of two local businesses, who have both signed up to sponsor the two players.
Fearns Garage of Albert Village have agreed to sponsor Ian Bluck for the forthcoming season, whilst Donington Park Leisure Limited – owners of the Donington Park motor racing venue have agreed to be associated with Andy Cheetham for 2003 & 2004.

Chairman Mark Evans said “I am delighted that these two concerns have come on board and agreed to sponsor the two players concerned – hopefully more local businesses will recognise the potential of associating themselves with players and want to join us”

He added that he was in discussions already with other companies about other player sponsorship opportunities, however commented that “there is room for more” and urged more local companies to join Gresley.
