New Player Signing with Assistant Manager Dan Crane
Manager Gavin Hurren confirms first player from last season’s squad who commits for the upcoming 2019/20 season.
Gresley FC can Confirm Albert Landsdowne has put pen to paper for the 2019/2020 campaign.

Manager Gavin Hurren and Albert Lansdowne spoke to the club website.

Albert said “ I am really looking forward to this upcoming season with Gresley FC, we already have started to build a real solid togetherness within the squad and after the first week of pre-season I feel what the Gaffer and his coaching staff are wanting to build and what they expect from us this season is going to be a very positive and exciting time at the club and I just can’t wait for the season to start.”

Manager Gavin went onto say “To Retain the services of Big Albie is massive for team and the club. He is a young talented player who can play both centre back and centre midfield and I believe he will be a huge asset to us.

Albie fully deserved his end of season awards, Managers Player and Supporters Player of the season, his performances and attitude were outstanding and ever since I walked into the club he has carried and applied him self in a true professional way.

Albie was one of my main targets to sign for the upcoming season and I am over the moon he has agreed. I believe with a full season working with myself and staff we can really develop him to eventually go and play leagues higher.”

Welcome and Good Luck for the season from everyone at Gresley FC Albert.
