Rovers warned
Story courtesy of Burton Mail
Gresley manager Frank Northwood today warned his table-topping side: “Get your act together or get turned over.”
Northwood was speaking after naming an unchanged squad for the Boxing Day visit of Hinckley Athletic (11am).

He said after an unconvincing 2-1 Banks’s League home win over Oldswinford on Saturday: “It wasn’t a very good game – teams come to pack their defence and Oldswinford were typical of that. But I felt we could have unlocked them a few more times than we did and I shall be telling that boys that if they don’t play better against Hinckley they’ll get turned over.

“Hinckley are a good side but I feel the better the opposition the better we play and I’m confident we’ll do well.”
