Newsome adds three more
Manager Jon Newsome has completed the latest signings to his squad.
Defender Gary White, who has been quite impressive during the pre-season games, signed on Thursday night along with fellow defender Gary Moran.

Moran, the former Grimsby Town youngster, came on as a substitute against Guisely and made an immediate impact.

The third of the trio of new signings is former Tamworth midfielder Michael Crawford who will probably fill the gap left by Aidan Callan who left Gresley to join Kidsgrove Athletic last week.

Chairman Mark Evans said today: "We completed the deals for Gary White and Gary Moran last night on the back of Michael Crawford signing for us, we are very pleased.

"We have been in discussions with Gary White for some time and he has enjoyed his time at Gresley during pre-season. Gary Moran turned down an offer to join Rugby United where he has spent most of pre-season.

"He was recommended to Jon Newsome by one of his friends at Grimsby while the signing of Crawford strengthens the midfield following the departure of Aidan Callan."
