Gresley Rovers, beaten for the second successive game by Paget Rangers on Saturday, hope to restore striker Tracey Norton to their line-up for tomorrow’s Banks’s League visit of Chasetown (7.30).
Norton missed Saturday’s 2-1 league cup defeat with a bruised hip and manager Frank Northwood said: “It was a blow to lose Tracey so soon after his comeback from another injury but we hope to have him back on Tuesday and that will be a welcome boost for us.”

Midfielder Steve Snaith, cup-tied on Saturday, also returns to the reckoning.

Norton’s strike partner Paul Acklam, another absentee on Saturday with an ankle injury, is doubtful, however. So too is winger Steve Adcock.

Striker Kieron Smith hopes to be back in a fortnight after a depressed fracture of the cheekbone.
