Brackley Town Pre-Match News
Gresley take on Conference North Brackley Town tonight at the Moat Ground in the FA Cup 2nd Round replay after a hard earned draw at St James Park on Saturday.
Still regarded as underdogs for the game Gresley almost snatched the winner right at the end of the Saturday's match and manager Martin Rowe is fully aware that Brackley will be coming to Gresley looking to finish the tie off saying, "it's going to be tough because they are a good side. Tonight will be a different kettle of fish from Saturday. Brackley will be up for it after we held them to a draw. Indeed, if a few decisions had gone our way, we could have won on the day."Liam Guest is cup-tied and Matt Roome is unavailable but Mitch Hanson should return at right back after missing Saturday's game due to work commitments. Danny Holmes is also unavailable but Rob Spencer could be included after not being risked at Brackley.
The winner of tonight's game will have a home draw against Conference North outfit Boston United scheduled to be played on October 12th.
