Gedling MW Pre-Match News
Gresley manager Gary Norton is hoping to capitalise on the important win at the Moat Ground against Borrowash Victoria last Saturday as they visit Plains Road to take on 6th place Gedling Miners Welfare tomorrow - 3.00pm
Miners have been on a decent run lately and won the Team of the Month for October so Norton knows that it will not be an easy game and that his team will need to perform if they are going to get a result and keep the pressure on the Vics and second placed Heanor Town who both have games in hand on Gresley. In last season's game Gresley slipped to a 2-1 defeat although they'd dominated the game.

Midfielder Gareth Langford is rated as very doubtful after suffering a back injury in training this week.

Jordi Gough has failed to recover from his knee injury and so will not feature in Saturday's game.

Danny Holmes is suspended after picking up a red card on his home debut against Hinckley, while Adam Betteridge is at his university graduation.

Chris Bate and Mickey Lyons could also return to the starting line-up, while Tom Land (ankle) may be fit.

Matt Hill (knee) and Ollie Hancock (back) are long term victims.
