Two More Sign
Gresley Rovers FC have announced two further additions to their squad for the forthcoming season after manager Gary Norton secured the services of wingers Oliver Hancock and Tom Liversage after the duo's release from Burton Albion.
Rovers have been trailing the pair for the last few weeks and the manager was delighted to announce that both had signed deals with the club for the forthcoming campaign.

On the news Norton commented: "Both players will be great additions to the squad for the coming season. They are young, hungry and ambitious and both players possess good quality and technical ability as well as an excellent work ethic as a result of their time playing and training at Burton Albion during recent seasons.

"We are very exited about Olly and Tom joining us and both can't wait for the pre-season to start."

In other player news it looks like midfielder Sam Hall - also a target of the club over the last few weeks - will not be making the move to the Moat Ground after the player indicated that he wanted to find a club near to his home.

Norton added: "Unfortunately it look like we will miss out on Sam this season. There were five clubs talking to him and he said that if his circumstances were different then he would have not hesitated in joining us.

"He said he would probably look to spend a season with a club near to his home for personal reasons. We have not completely given up on the situation but for now it is looking doubtful that he will be joining us."
