Elvis Gresley gets a day out at the NEC

Gresley Rovers mascot Elvis Gresley has today been formally asked by the Kennel Club to take part at Crufts at the NEC in March.

Elvis, who started his official duties as mascot at the start of this season for UniBond League side Gresley Rovers - has already been formally recognised by the national organisation, by registering him as a member of the group's companion dog club.

Elvis will take part in the Special Events Programme on Thursday 10th March 2005.
