Mossley pre-match news
Gresley go into tomorrow's 2nd v 3rd clash with Mossley with Matt Smith's back injury the only slight concern for Manager Gary Norton although the skipper is expected to take his place in the starting line up.
"Matt's back is our only worry at the moment" said Norton "We took him off during the Rocester game as a precaution and although it has stiffened up since, I expect him to be ok for Saturdays game".

Norton warned against complacency ahead of two very tough away games, "We are doing ok at the minute but Mossley and North Ferriby pose two tough away trips in the space of four days. Mossley are flying at the moment and are the leagues top scorers with 18 goals. They have had a cracking start themselves and will certainly test our impressive defensive record."

The Moat boss has a 15 man squad to pick from which means that someone will not get a shirt for the game "Whoever misses out on a shirt tomorrow will obviously be disappointed" said Norton "However, if we are going to do well this year we needed to fill the squad with quality and we have certainly done that this season. From time to time players will be on the bench or even left out of the squad completely but that is something that they all need to accept and be professional about. We have good competition for places but one or two injuries can change the picture of things in a big way.
