Gresley go ten points clear
Story courtesy of Burton Mail
Gresley Rovers opened up a ten-point gap at the top of the Banks’s League Premier Division yesterday.
Gresley romped home 4-0 at Tividale after goalless first half.

A Brian Beresford penalty broke the deadlock in the 48th minute and they strolled home courtesy of Kieron Smith, Craig Weston and an unfortunate defender.

Second-placed Halesowen Harriers were left to kick their heels after heavy rain forced their game at home to Rocester to be postponed.

Oldbury United, 2-0 winners over Wednesfield, moved into second place, but have played three games more than Gresley.
