Gresley Rovers boss Brian Kenning will keep faith with young goalkeeper Ian Simms for the Dr Martens Western Division trip to fourth placed Evesham United.
Simms came in for some criticism after the Moatmen's defeat by Gloucester City last weekend, but with Richard Selby having broken down in training last night (Thurs) with a recurrence of his shoulder injury and with Ian Wright having failed to impress when given his chance, Kenning keeps faith with 19-year-old Simms.

Rovers have been leaking goals lately and the Moat boss is concerned about his goalkeeping situation.
Said Kenning: " We have a problem in the goalkeeping department at the moment and we are struggling to get consistent performances from whoever plays in that position. Ian Wright has made some mistakes and Ian Simms made some last week, but with Selby maybe needing to see a specialist about his shoulder, Simms will play tomorrow and we will see after that."

Kenning will also be hoping the return of Matt Warren will help strengthen a defence which as cost the Moatmen points of late.

"If we continue to give silly goals away we will struggle against anyone let alone against the top sides," said the Moat boss.

"We are capable of beating Evesham, no doubt, but what heads we have on when the ball comes into our box is anyone's guess. I may swap it around tomorrow in terms of personnel and positionally but we have got to keep our concentration."

Steve Devine is unavailable, as he will be working with Derby County, while Steve Coates serves the final game of his suspension.

Gresley from: Simms, Broadhurst, Warren, Gardner, Doughty, Bluck, Wardle, Reynolds, Allsop, Tucker, Peters, Middleton, Sandar, Roberts.
