Branch cup call
Story courtesy of Burton Mail
Hednesford striker John Branch has answered an SOS sent out by Banks’s League Cup hopefuls Gresley Rovers.
Branch, on temporary loan to Gresley, lines up in tonight’s quarter-final replay at Oldbury (7.30pm) because Keith Hill has joined Martin Devaney on Rovers’ list of casualties.

Hill is ruled out by a back injury, while Devaney has still not recovered from a head injury.

Midfielder Joe Jackson (ankle injury) will also be absent.
