Gresley wait on Daley call
Story courtesy of Burton Mail
Gresley Rovers boss Frank Northwood awaits a phone call from midfield star Steve Daley before naming his side for tomorrow’s Banks’s League Premier Division game at Harrison’s (2.45pm).
Daley, who made his debut in Tuesday’s 2-1 win against Tipton Town, is hoping to be excused from his job with Wolverhampton department store as Rovers attempt to tighten their grip at the top of the table.

· Brian Beresford, Rovers top scorer for two seasons, is set to make his comeback in tomorrow’s reserve team game against Malvern Town reserves at the Moat Ground (3pm).
