New Striker Signs
With vital games coming up for Gresley FC, manager Gary Norton has signed striker Phil Massingham who joins from Evo-Stik First Division South outfit Hucknall Town.
The signing will soften the blow of possibly losing two of his strikers as Norton could be without Royce Turville and Richard Hanslow for a few games. Turville has an ankle ligament injury that could keep him out for two or three weeks while Hanslow has a back problem.

"Richard's back just locked up and could be struggling to play at the weekend," says Norton. "However, Phil is a player I've had my eye on for a while since he played against us in the East Midlands Counties League for Radcliffe Olympic. He's a big powerful striker who could be in our plans for next season."

Phil will be available for the remaining games after this weekend.
