Matlock pre-match news
Manager Gary Norton will look to use the game to give some of his squad players much-needed football.
Defenders Andy Simpson (knee) and Gary White (hamstring) are unlikely to play in this fourth attempt of completing the 2nd Round of the UniBond League Cup, captain Colin Hoyle could be left out of the starting line-up in favour of Matt Millns, who has not played since the 2-1 home win over Chorley on December 9th.

Winger Mark Smith is set to return after missing Monday's home win over Shepshed Dynamo because of illness with Tony Hemmings and Lewis Gadsby also playing some of the game.
Said Norton: "The league is our priority and we are keen to keep the winning run going, but we also don't want to risk any further injuries."

Gresley from: Whittle, Douglas, Carter, Woolley, Millns, Slater, Groves, Ridgeway, Hebberd, Edwards, Smith, Hoyle, Hemmings, Gadsby.
