Bourne to stay at Gresley
Andy Bourne

Andy Bourne

Chairman Mark Evans has confirmed that following discussions with Andy Bourne he is delighted to announce that the player has pledged his future to the Club.
“Andy is a fantastic guy, who manages to juggle his work commitments as a fireman, which involves regular hours, with playing for the Club. This does not just mean turning up for match days, it involves the training during the week. He has pace and really can trouble opposition defences. He loves the Club and enjoys his football. I am very pleased he has decided to stay.”

Jon Newsome was also full of praise; “Andy is another player who has moved around various playing positions for me this season, he is a great guy and really gets on well with the other players. The Choir Boys worship the lad. Like with the other players that have already made their intention to stay, I am very pleased that he has agreed to stay.”
