Barrett goes to Town
Gresley Rovers have announced that midfielder Jamie Barrett has agreed to join Conference North newcomers Hednesford Town.

Gresley Rovers have completed the signing of Gavin Saxby from Nationwide Conference North club Alfreton Town.

Gresley Rovers have confirmed that Hednesford Town the Conference North newcomers are now trying to temp last seasons 28 goal top scorer Aaron O'Connor to Keys Park, just a week after influential midfielder Jamie Barrett left the Moat Ground to join them.

FA Cup & FA Trophy draw
The FA Cup draw has given Gresley Rovers a trip into Cheshire for the Preliminary Round were they will meet Nantwich Town on 27th August who finished last season 16th in the North West Counties Division One.
Pre-season training starts
It's been two months since the last ball was kicked at the end of last season in that incredible match at AFC Telford and now the lads, well some of them as a few are still away on holiday, are back in training for the next campaign.
Gary White
Gresley Rovers received a massive boost on the eve of pre season training with the news that Gary White had rejected a move to Sutton Coldfield Town to stay at the Moat Ground for another season.

Fixture Change
Club secretary Tony Kirkland has confirmed that the Eastwood Town game has been brought forward to Friday 2nd September KO 7.45pm due to the World Cup Qualifying match Wales v England being played on Saturday 3rd.
Notts County pre-match news
Gresley Rovers go into tonight's Bass Charity Vase game against Notts County with a surprise inclusion in their squad. Former Jamaican international Jamie Lawrence is set to line up for Rovers after accepting an invitation to play from manager Gary Norton.
